De Jager – (JOHAN)
Johan qualified as a tradesman through Olifantsfontein during
1984. He gained his experience within big companies but
always done his own private work after hours and on
weekends.
He resigned from his permanent position in 1996 and started
his first business as a sole owner of JD Electrical. After rapid
growth he expanded his business interest during 2001 by
registering two new businesses, JD INDUSTRIAL SPRAY
PAINTERS cc and GJD TRANSPORTCC. From a 1person self-
employed in 1996, his businesses now employ 30 persons.

Petrus Cornelius Bouwer – (Piet)
Piet Is a Qualified professional accountant
and a member of SAIPA since 1989. He is
also a registered professional tax
practitioner.
Piet was Tax practitioner and auditor for
all Johan’s businesses since 1996.
Piet completed his training and articles
with Gold Fields S A and has 25 years of
management experience within
manufacturing and mining industries.
He also ran his own businesses since 2000
and served on various boards of directors.
He joined JD INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTERS
CC on a permanent basis during January
2017.
