Spray Shop
We are PATRIA approved for painting armored vehicles (PATRIA being a Finnish company supplying armored vehicles world-wide using the VARCOL range of paints products). We also specialize in painting to specification in the various Stoncor products. We paint inland and West Coast spec for the mining, construction, and OEM markets. We specialize in painting mobile and tower cranes, excavators, dozers, loaders, and all other industrial machines. We are also approved in the rolling stock market, Transnet and Knorr-Bremse where MIPA paint products are used. We also specialize in painting pressure and filter vessels. We also do sandblasting. We enjoy approved audits by Liebherr Africa (Pty) Ltd, Knorr-Bremse SA (Pty) Ltd, PATRIA, MineARC Systems Africa, WEC Engineering, and Beckers where Stoncor, MIPA, Varcol, Luxor, Tectyle and Sigma Coatings products are used.
Transport
We currently provide dedicated transport services to Liebherr Africa (Pty) Ltd, doing planned and breakdown deliveries to Liebherr branches and various mines on a 24-hour basis. Our fleet of vehicles is currently made up of 1ton ldv’s, 2ton, 4ton, 8ton and 15ton trucks.
